Upon arrival we were greeted as if we had reservations Very professional. Our waitress Liz was beyond courteous. I'm sure we when ordered our lamb chops and rib eye steak dinner she mentioned to the Chef Lorenzo that I had threatened to come in the kitchen if it wasn't cooked right. (Threatened as in when your Momma is going to check your room). Lorenzo DID NOT disappoint us. Even the vegetables were sauted as if he cooked from home and brought it to us. Our bartender Robin was on point as well. Can't forget front desk staff Cassidy, Shem, Deepika, head of Maintenance Mark and our driver Lisa. from and our driver Lisa.

I was most impressed with the delicious cocktails. The longe and bar area is very chic with furniture and tables for self-seating serviced by the bar tenders. Service was top notch. I had the Wagyu beef sandwich. It was on the spicy side due to jalapeños, but was very juicy and good. The yucca chips as a starter were tasty.

We didn't expect this restaurant to be as good as it was! I had salmon and it was absolutely delicious! My husband had salmon pasta and said it was very good. We also had the Caesar salad which was good. They serve Justin Wine at a good price too. This is a little gem of a restaurant if you're ever in the Highland area near Yaamava Casino.

An excellent Bistro Host, Rohn. @ Bistro and Lounge. Keep it up dude. I should definitely come back. -Joseph-

The food was 10/10! Everything that we got surpassed our expectations! The service and ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and calm. The food including the desserts did take a while to come out but considering what we ordered, it made sense! I absolutely recommend this place to anybody that's looking for a lovely quality dinner!

Let me begin by saying this restaurant is inside a hotel. I found it on Yelp, and it looked like something enjoyable to try. I give 5 stars to the server/bartender Robin. 4 stars for the ambiance, however only 2 stars for our food Please read on...... When we walked in, we decided to look at the menu, before sitting inside the restaurant. There was a bar area across from it. We stood in there to look at the menu. Shortly after walking in the Bar, a very kind employee named Robin came over. We had quick conversation with her and expressed what we were doing, she immediately said you must stay, everything is house made. She ran and brought over some complimentary Yucca Chips (they were good). Since she was so so kind, we decided to stay, as well as dine inside the bar at the tables. We ordered 2 Bistro Burgers, by her recommendation. 1 ordered medium, the other medium well.. with French fries. So upon cutting the burger in half a large amount of blood just spilled out everywhere! Absolutely Horrible! We called Robin over and showed her, she agreed that it was just over rare. She took my plate back to the chef, whom agreed it was wrong. Very disappointing. My husband went ahead and ate so he didn't have cold food. It took so long that he was done with his, so much for enjoying dinner together. My burger was brought back by a woman, African American in plain clothes, she said nothing to me at all. She placed it on the table and walked away. Here's what should never ever happen..... my burger was served to me cut in half, and then inside the half's, they were cut open too! Really. If you are not confident in cooking to temp, that's concerning. I did go ahead and eat the burger, as I was very hungry. However, it had absolutely no flavor, had to ask Robin for black pepper, and dipped it in ranch too make it edible. The fries on both plates were extremely overcooked and crunchy. Not such a great experience for us. Robin did mention we should come back and try other items, as the menu was changing next week. I admit I'm very hesitant to return, even though there was a few items on menu that sound wonderful. Again, Robin was the Rockstar at this establishment. I wish this had been a better experience, and if that was the manager who dropped the re make at the table, then she should have introduced herself, apologized, and offer something to us. She did none of that. Parking.... it's a hotel, so we had to park a distance away.

To celebrate a friends birthday and reign out, the girls and I headed to Bear Springs Grill for a nice dinner. We made a reservation and were greeted and seated promptly on arrival. We ordered The calamari and the balsamic glazed roasted Brussels sprouts for appetizers to share and both were delicious! I ordered the Lobster Roll with was filled with fresh lobster and rivals many I've enjoyed in Maine and Boston. I sampled the crabcake which was equally delicious! When in Redlands, I'll be back!

Every once in a while, a dish comes along that surprises you - even when you think you have tasted everything. Tonight that surprise came in the form of one of the Bistro menu's new entrees, the Vietnamese-style Chilean Sea Bass. A delicate whitefish, sea bass demands a special touch, provided by the poached fish slow cooked in pho broth wrapped in rice paper and pan seared until crispy with a black garlic hoison sauce. Fish was so tender light and flavorful. The rice paper was crispy. The dish was perfect! The touch of broth left me wanting more! But it is the staff that makes Bear Springs Bistro special. Whether it's Liz, Fantasia, Chip and Juliet or Paul, Emily and Justice and Elena and Sebastian, ALL of the Bistro servers provide outstanding service! The hosts Cienna, Emma and Vanessa will seat you with a warm smile. And don't forget to order a drink from the most excellent bartenders Don, Robin and Dennis, who will serve your libations with a friendly smile and also provide outstanding customer service! Kudos to management Andrew, Josh and Whitney! So don't forget to make reservations and tell them Ms. Ross sent you!
